Referrals are not limited to just accountants, attorneys, real estate agents and business brokers- if you are just a business owner or independent consultant that knows someone that needs commercial financing, fill out the short form below, and expect a check to arrive once the deal closes!

Typically, our company charges ½% to 2% of the loan amount as a fee to the borrower (range varies depending on difficulty of loan). Reliant Capital Funding, LLC will pay you 20% of the fee charged to the borrower. Once the loan closes and the full fee is paid to us by the borrower, we will write you a check within 3 business days!
